Black, Indigenous, and people of color have been hit by a double pandemic. Yet, the compound mental impact of having to deal with a global health crisis in the midst of the existing racial pandemic remains unaddressed. Especially in the workplace, marginalized groups are disproportionately affected by the lack of access to proper support systems and mental health resources.

Introducing Confider, a never-before-seen Slack bot designed to help foster healthy work ecosystems for folks who have not been set up to succeed under the guise of "professionalism."
